摘要 介绍了基于信标差分 GPS与 ECDIS集成的港口引航及监控系统的设计与实现 .分别对信标差分技术、ECDIS及监控系统功能设计、系统通信方式等组成部分进行了详细的讨论 .该系统采用系统集成方式 ,具有操作简单 ,性能稳定 ,兼容性强 ,便于携带等优点 ,因而具有广阔的实际应用前景 . This paper discusses the design and implementation of a pilotage and monitor system, which is based on the joint technology of RBN(radio beacon)DGPS and ECDIS. After a general systematic analysis of the PMS, this paper discusses the following issues:(1) outline design of PMS including its hardware,software and system architecture,(2) concept and development of differential GPS technology based on radio beacon, (3) processing model of ECDIS, the data organization,and the function of ECDIS,(4) communication methods of the system.In general,the system has several advantage as following: convenient opetation, capability more stable,and easiness for the facility to be toted.
