摘要
根据水库水动力特性分析和数值模拟研究,三峡水库表现出河道型水库所具有的动库容特性,水库水面线不呈水平,坝前水位变化与库容变化不同步,按照静库容曲线计算出的水库蓄泄水量偏差可达50%以上。研究还发现,相对于水库巨大的库容变化的"惯性",坝前水位随水库下泄流量的变化比较快,通过水库的蓄放水调度可以很容易地控制坝前水位的变化,三峡水库汛期调度具有较大的灵敏性。这个特征对于三峡水库的防洪和兴利调度具有重要的价值。
Based on the sensitivity of water stage variation, a dynamic flood control level (DFCL) method is proposed for the flood regulations of the Three Gorge reservoir ( TGR). During the summer season, if no floods, the pool level can be elevated to 150m to increase power generation, and as long as a high flood is forecasted, the pool level can be lowered to the designed 145m or even as low as to 135m in time by increasing the relase of the TGR, utilizing 1-2days forecast of in-pool floods. An operating model for the TGR has been developed to analyze the different operation schemes. The simulations show that operation by the DFCL can satisfy the flood control requirements for different designed flood of P = 1% and 0.1% by increasing the flood control capacities and result better consequence of flood control than the original operation with fixed FCL at 145m. Both benefits in flood control and electricity generation can be boost up with the DFCL. This scheme can also increase the variation of pool levels that may be able to improve the ecological conditions.
