摘要
根据长沙市某深基坑桩锚支护结构的特点及其周边环境,制定了有针对性的监测方案。重点对基坑深部水平位移、周边建筑沉降进行了跟踪监测。结果表明,深部水平位移随开挖深度表现出2种不同特性:浅部开挖时变形曲线近似呈直线形,最大位移在桩顶。深部开挖时变形曲线近似呈抛物线形,最大位移在距桩顶5~7 m处,变形还受锚索张拉情况等因素影响;建筑物的沉降表现出明显的时效性和空间效应,还与基坑开挖速度以及锚索设置时间等因素有关。监测信息为优化施工方案和合理组织施工提供了可靠的依据,确保了基坑工程的施工质量以及施工期间周边建筑的安全,对类似工程有一定的参考价值。
According to the characteristics and surrounding environment of a deep foundation pit in Changsha which has pile-anchor retaining structure, a targeted monitoring program was developed. The projects focused on track-ing and monitoring the deep horizontal that the deep horizontal displacement c displacement, subsidence of the surrounding buildings. The results show hanges with the excavation depth by two different characteristics, i. e. , when the excavation depth is shallow, the deformation curve is approximate to linear shape, and the maximum dis- placement appears at the top of the pile. When the excavation depth becomes deeper, the deformation curve is ap-proximate to parabolic shape, and the maximum displacement occurs at 5 - 7 m away from the top of the pile. The deformation is also affected by factors such as the tension situation of anchor cable. The settlement of the building shows the characteristics of timeliness and spatial effects, and also is related to the the excavation speed of pit as well as the set time of bolts. The monitoring information provides a reliable basis to optimize the construction pro-gram and rational organization construction. It also ensures the quality of excavation engineering and the safety of the surrounding buildings during construction, which has a certain reference value for similar projects.
