摘要
对非对称齿轮的几何参数进行了推导,解析表达了渐开线齿形的轮廓,对5种典型压力角组合20°/20°、25°/25°、20°/25°、20°/30°、25°/20°、30°/20°的齿形,利用路易斯标准方程和有限元分析软件ANSYS12.0进行了弯曲应力分析,分析结果表明,驱动齿面选择更大的压力角会使非对称齿轮的承载能力增强。
The geometrical parameter of the asymmetric gear are derived, the tooth profile of is resolved, five sets of asymmetric gears with the pressure angles of 20°/20°,25°/25°,20°/25°,20°/30°/25°/20°, 30°/20° bending stress analysis are carried out to quantitatively check the stress using Standard Lewis Equation and ANSYS12.0. The analysis results show that the drive side with a larger pressure angle have better load carrying capacity.
