摘要
采用集中质量法建立某电动车动力传动系统的单支和分支扭振模型,计算得到其低阶模态特性。分析表明:分支模型可得到更多的低阶模态,有利于更好地揭示目前电动车传动系存在的低频扭振问题。利用分支模型分析了左右半轴扭转刚度不一致对电动车动力传动系扭振特性的影响。
Establishing single and branch torsional vibration model of power transmission sys- tem of a electric vehicle by using mass centralized method and the low order modal characteristics is calculated. Analysis shows that the branch model can gain more low order mode, which can reveal the low-frequency torsional vibration problems of electric vehicleg power transmission system better. Using branch model to analysis the influence of the torsional stiffness inconsistentence of left and right axle shaft on torsional vibration inherent characteristic of electric vehicle~ power transmission system.
