摘要
目的:了解产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对支原体培养的影响。方法:用产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌干扰支原体培养,并用泰能去除细菌干扰。结果:产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌可使支原体培养的整个试剂条22孔呈红色,无法判读,加入泰能可去除干扰。结论:产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对支原体培养有影响,可在培养基中加入泰能消除影响。
Objective : To investigate the effect of ESBLs - producing Escherichia colt and Klebsiella pneumonia on mycoplasma ct, hure diagnosis. Methods: Mycoplasma culture was interfered by ESBLs- producing Escherichia colt and Klebsiella pneumonia. Interference of bacterium was eliminated by adding imipenem and cilastatin sodium into culture medium. Results: Twenty - two micropore on the cultured strip all showed red color and unable to be read. But the interference of bacterium was eliminated when imipenem and cilastatin sodium were added into mycoplasm culture medium. Conclusion : The culture diagnosis of mycoplasma could be influenced by ESBLs - producing Esch- erichia colt and Klebsiella pneumonia, but interference of bacterium was eliminated by adding imipenem and cilasta- tin sodium.
