摘要
波导组件是雷达产品的重要组成部分,其焊接质量直接关系到雷达产品的性能和使用寿命。与传统的熔焊技术相比,冷金属过渡技术(Cold Metal Transfer,CMT)在波导组件焊接方面有着无可比拟的优势,利用该技术可以实现铝合金波导组件的高效率连接,有效控制焊接变形,获得焊缝形貌良好、焊接质量可靠的波导组件。文中介绍了CMT技术的特点及其在波导组件焊接中的应用前景。
The waveguide subassemblies are the important parts of the radar. The welding quality of waveguide subassemblies affects greatly the performance and life-span of the radar. Compared with the traditional melting welding technology, the cold metal transfer (CMT) possesses an obvious advantage especially in waveguide subassemblies welding. With this technology the efficiency and quality of welding can l^e greatly improved while the welding strain can be sharply decreased. This paper introduces the characteristics of CMT and its ap- plication to waveguide subassemblies welding.
