真实世界的精彩——来自ALTITUDE临床科学项目的启示 被引量:3

摘要 大型临床试验为埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD)及心脏再同步治疗(CRT)的临床应用奠定了坚实的基础。但是临床试验通常有严格的入选标准,严密的随访监测,现实生活中的患者能否同样受益?Boston Scientific公司的远程监测系统Latitude于2006年投入临床应用,目前已入网超过20万的ICD与CRT患者;医学专家独立分析这些数据,得到一些非常重要的源自大样本真实世界患者的结论。
