摘要
科学、系统的经济发展与社会进步指标体系 ,不仅仅是简单的事后统计 ,而且对社会经济活动具有现实导向作用。为此 ,必须按可持续发展战略要求 ,构造符合客观实际的经济、社会、资源、环境四位一体的综合指标体系 。
Scientific and systematic index systems of economic development and social progress are not simply afterward statistics but rather they are of practical and instructive significance for social economic activities.Therefore,according to the requirements of continuous development strategy,we must construct a comprehensive index system of four aspects in one body,which is in conformity with the objective economic,social,resources,and environmental actuality so as to give guidance to the future development.
