热净煤气代替冷煤气的研究与应用

摘要 冷煤气生产系统对洗涤废水的处理,一般先自然沉淀,再经冷却塔冷却后循环使用。但随着循环次数增加,污染物的浓度增大,最终破坏煤气洗涤的闭路循环,迫使煤气洗涤废水向外排放,造成水体环境的严重污染。锡矿山锌厂通过应用热净煤气代替冷煤气的改造,从源头上消除煤气洗涤废水,从根本上解决了这一污染难题。文章针对热净煤气改造的内容与创新点、改造效果等方面进行了阐述。 Cold gas washing wastewater treatment, commonly used natural sedimentation process, recycled after cooling tower. But with the increase in the number of cycles, the increased concentration of pollutants, it ultimately undermined the closed loop of the gas washing out forcing gas washing wastewater emission, resulting in serious pollution of the water environment. Xikwangshan zinc plant through the application of heat net gas instead of the transformation of the cold gas, gas washing wastewater from the source to eliminate, it fundamentally solved the pollution problem. In this paper, the thermal transformation of net gas content and innovation, transformation effects were described.
