摘要
传统的冲床利用旋转电机和曲柄连杆机构来驱动冲床工作,将直线电机应用于传统冲床,其结构简单、质量轻、能耗少、体积小、噪音低。综述了电磁冲床在国内外的研究现状,并展望了其所具有的广阔的应用前景。
The traditional puncher is driven by rotary motor and crank connecting rod. The linear motor is proposed to be used in the traditional puncher in this paper, according to its features of simpler mecha- nism, lighter weight, lower energy consumption, smaller volume, less noisy. The status of electromagnetic puncher' s researching at home and abroad is presented in this paper while looking into its future of its ex- tensive application.
