摘要
本科学前教育专业人才培养目标的确定应立足于教育目的对其身心素质的规定,立足于幼儿园教师专业标准对其结构素质的规定,立足于社会对学前教育人才需求变化对其去向的规定。因此,本科学前教育专业培养目标,就应该是培养德、智、体、美等全面发展的能适应社会发展和学前教育改革需要的、专业理念明确、专业知识与专业能力比较系统、具有从事面向城乡幼儿园等幼教机构的教学、科研工作初步能力的高素质幼儿教师、经营管理者以及为上一级学位单位输送人才。
The professional training goal of undergraduate preschool education should be set in line with students' physical and psychological quality, and kindergarten teachers' professional quality structures to meet the social demand and job orientation. This essay, thus, believes that the goal is to train managers and high-quality kindergarten teachers with professional concepts, systematic knowledge, qualifications and research capabilities as well as adaptability, who are well-educated in morality, intelligence, physique and art for rural and urban kindergartens and higher learning institutions.
