摘要 为查找某220 kV主变压器发生跳闸的原因,通过检查一、二次设备情况,查看跳闸报表及二次回路图纸,并进行保护校验核查,发现110 kV新望线113断路器保护屏二次回路误接线和工作人员误碰出口跳闸端子是导致该主变压器跳闸的主要原因。针对事件发生原因制定改进措施,并提出现场二次安全措施的具体要求。 In order to find reasons of a 220 kV main transformer trip fault, primary and secondary devices, trip report and secondary circuit drawings were checked and protections were verified. It is found that the wrong connection of secondary circuit in the protection cubicle of 110 kV Xinwang line No. 113 breaker and the wrong contact of trip terminal were main reasons of the main transformer trip fault.
