摘要
通过实验模拟研究了不同温度下灰渣沉积物的强度特性 ,测试了灰渣粘度和表面张力特性 ,分析了灰渣沉积物强度形成机理及其与灰渣高温流变学特性的关系 .
By measuring the ash deposition strength and the viscosity and surface tension of slag under different temperatures, the effects of rheology property of slag under a high temperature on the ash deposition strength are studied. It is found that the coefficiency of surface tension with the change of temperatures is not the same as it is in the published books. The higher the activated energy is during sintering, the lower the deposition strength is; the higher expenoment factor is, the higher the deposition strength is.
