摘要
对红豆杉细胞在 2 5 0mL和 2L摇瓶及 1 0L反应器中的生长情况进行了研究 .应用电导率法监测红豆杉细胞的生长 ,得出在红豆杉细胞悬浮培养的细胞生物量与培养液电导率变化的相关性 .
The growth of plant cell cultures of Taxus chinensis in 250?mL Erlenmeyer flask, 2?L Erlenmeyer flask and 10?L scale batch bioreactor is studied. With the conductance method, the growth rate for Taxus chinensis cell suspension culture is measured. By this method, it is possible to estimate the Taxus chinensis cell growth rate during the growth phase in large scale cultures.
