摘要
目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定绞股蓝中绞股蓝皂苷B的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸(38∶62)为流动相,流量1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果:绞股蓝皂苷B进样量在0.040 2~2.012μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.52%,RSD为1.69%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为绞股蓝的质量控制方法。
Objective: To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of gypenoside B in Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb. Methods: The separation was performed at 30 ℃on a Agilent Eclipse XDB-Clscolumn (4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid(38: 62). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 , and the detecting wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results: The linear range of Gypenoside B was from 0. 040 2-2. 012 μg. The average recovery of Gypenoside B was 99. 52% ,RSD was 1.69% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb.
