摘要
对PTB三缸内燃机曲轴的单个轴段作了受力分析,对多个轴段受力的综合效果进行了研究;采用Pro/E软件对曲轴作了三维实体建模,并利用ANSYS12.0对曲轴进行了有限元分析,分析了曲轴的应力、应变及疲劳强度。分析结果表明,曲轴具有足够的强度储备。
A stress analysis for a single--shaft section was made, effect of multiple shaft segments force was combined based on PTB three--cylinder internal combustion engine crankshaft. A three-dimensional solid modeling was made using Pro/E software, and crankshaft was analysed using ANSYS12.0, the stress, strain and fatigue strength was analysed, the results showed that the crankshaft had enough reserves of strength.
