摘要
高速加工中刀具要求在高温下具有很高的耐磨性。通过对高速加工中切屑的形成分析、刀具温度分布分析,以及刀具磨损的预测建模,实现对刀具磨损的预测,从而可以帮助刀具设计者根据刀具的磨损形貌及磨损机理来优化刀具的几何结构。
High speed machining tool requirements at high temperature with high wear resistance. This article through to the high speed machining chip formation analysis ,the tool temperature distribution analysis, as well as the tool wear prediction modeling, realization of tool wear prediction, which can help tool designers according to the tool wear and wear mechanism to optimize the cutting tool geometry structure.
