摘要
本文报道了人工饲料饲养的桔小实蝇在恒温条件下发育速率与温度的关系。结果表明 ,桔小实蝇卵、幼虫及蛹的发育起点温度分别为 1 2 .1 9℃、5 .2 4℃及 1 0 .0 8℃ ;有效积温分别为 1 9.9日度、1 5 6 .7日度及 1 5 7.8日度。整个世代发育起点温度为 1 2 .1 9℃ ,完成生活史(从卵到成虫 )所需的有效积温为 334.4日度。
This paper dealt with the developmental rate of oriental fruit fly,Bactrocera(Bactrocera)dorsalis(Hendel),which reared in artificial diet under constant temperatures.The results showed that the lower developmental thermal thresholds of its egg ,larvae,pupae and a generation were estimated to be 12.19℃,5.24℃,10.08℃and 12.19℃,respectively.The effective accumulated temperatures for egg,larval,pupae stage and a generation were 19.9 day-degree、156.7 day-degree,157.8 day-degree,and 334.4 day-degree,respectively.The number of expected generations occurred in Guangzhou was discussed in this paper.
