紫外线与亚硝酸诱变处理对青霉、烟曲霉纤维素酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验测定了青霉1、青霉3和烟曲霉F2经过亚硝酸和紫外线诱变后各突变株的水解透明圈直径大小。结果表明:青霉1、青霉3和烟曲霉F2经亚硝酸诱变后各突变株在微晶纤维素平板上的透明圈直径分别为18.67、31.42、21.71 mm,大于紫外线诱变突变株的透明圈平均直径(14.70、17.87、5.13 mm),t检验表明,菌株青霉3和烟曲霉F2的紫外线诱变突变株透明圈直径与亚硝酸诱变突变株透明圈直径间存在显著性差异(t青3=5.168**>t0.01=2.690,n=45;tF2=9.221**>t0.01=2.724,n=37)。
