经皮重建锁定钢板内固定治疗不稳定性骶骨骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经皮重建锁定钢板治疗不稳定性骶骨骨折的应用及效果。方法:对60例不稳定骶骨骨折患者采用后方经皮重建锁定钢板固定术治疗。结果:60例患者手术时间20~50 min,中位数35 min,术中出血60~200 mL,中位数105 mL;骨盆骨折的愈合时间为12~16周,中位数14周;术后功能评定按Majeed评分标准:优47例,良9例,可4例。结论:经皮重建锁定钢板固定不稳定骶骨骨折,具有创伤小、手术操作简单、安全、并发症少,能达到牢靠固定,是一种比较理想的微创手术方法。
