摘要
职务类经济犯罪的本质特征是以权谋私、权钱交易、滥用职权。由于职务类经济犯罪的复杂性,公安机关经侦部门在认定职务类经济犯罪时,应当注意其犯罪主体是一种复杂的特殊主体,正确区分"国家工作人员"和"非国家工作人员",并且把握好共同犯罪中主犯与从犯的关系。
The fundamental characteristic of job-related economic crime is the abuse of power for private benefits, exchange of power for money and misuse of power. Because of the complexity of such crime, economic investigation units of public security agencies should be aware of the complicated subject of the crime and distinguish the government personnel from non-government personnel so as to know well the relationship between principals and accessories in the crime which involves several people when they are confirming job-related crime.
