The Study on Supply Chain Management in Lady's Fashion

摘要 时尚女装随潮流而变,它的种类繁杂,产品销售周期短,需求不确定性高,而且服装的生产效率很低,无法满足这样剧烈变化的需求,于是,必须提前进行生产备足货品以满足市场需求,这样就带来了库存过大或产品短缺的问题,给企业利润带来损失。为解决此问题,企业必须建立一条采用"拉动式"战略的高效供应链,同时对产品的市场需求进行详细的分析以及比较精确的预测。 Fashion changes every clay and every second, so there are enormously styles of tashionable dress which has very short product life cycle and highly uncertainty of demand. Since the productivity is too low to couple with the si^lificant change of demand, the manufacturer or the fashion company should produce enough products and store them be- fore put into market according the demand forecast. The esti- mated quantity of production isn't very accurate. Sometimes they are so small compared with the actual demand, some- times the surplus products will fill up the store. The manu- facturer or the fashion company should set up an effective supply chain adopting pull strategy and forecast demand ac- curately based on market demand analysis, in order to solve this problem.
