摘要
基于精益物流及其拉动模式理论,分析了制造企业库存控制中存在的一些问题和原因,并提出了以精益物流理念控制库存的具体措施,即建立内部的精益物流体系,实施内部库存改进;对供应商实施精益物流改进,提高到货的频次和准时性;实施物料标准化,缩减物料种类等,为企业的库存管理,优化资本运作提供了借鉴。
Based on the lean supply chain and pull system theory, some existing problems and reasons in the inventory control of the manufacturing enterprise was analyzed, and the specific measures were proposed to control the inventory by the concept of lean supply chain, namely, implementing internal inventory improvement by establishing internal lean supply chain system; improv- ing lean supply chain for the supplier to enhance arrival frequency and just in time of goods delivery; reducing material types by material standardization, etc., which should provide the reference for enterprise＇s inventory management and optimization of capital operation.
