摘要
采取新的乳化工艺 ,将柴油和甲醇混合 ,按选定的配比方案研制混合燃料 ,在X195柴油机上进行试验 ,获得了较好的负荷特性 热效率有所提高 ,中、高负荷时耗油率显著下降 ,平均节油率达 9 42 % ,烟度降低率 2 5 %以上 。
According to the experimental mixture ratio good load performance was obtained through the experiment in X195 diesel engine by blending diesel oil with methanol to form emulsion with a new emulsifying technology. Heat efficiency of the diesel engine burning the mixed fuel was improved and fuel consumption was obviously brought down under medium and high load.The average ratio of economizing oil was 9.42% and the ratio of reducing fume was over 25%,possessing high economic and social benefit.
