摘要 基于霍尔三维结构的思想,结合创新理论和方法,提出并构建了创新能力开发的三维结构。从逻辑维、时间维和知识维来研究创新能力开发,使创新能力开发更科学、更合理。提出将霍尔三维理论应用到教师培养模式和学生能力培养模式中,通过定期的学习,让霍尔三维思想深入到教师和学生当中,从而提高教师的创新能力和学生的创新意识,让老师和学生逐步熟悉该理论以及认识到该理论所产生的效果,最终完善教师队伍的创新体系,提高学生的创新能力。通过该理论的实施,学生将会掌握正确的创新思维和养成正确的创新意识,从而在就业过程中增强竞争力。 Based on the concept of three dimension structure, the paper maps out three dimensions of innovation ability by the innovation theory and method. It is more scientific and reasonable to study the development of innovative ability from the logic dimension, time dimension and knowledge dimension. The hall three dimension theory is applied to the teacher training mode and the training model of students ability, so that the hall three-dimensional thinking deeps into teachers and students to improve the innovative ability of teachers and innovative consciousness of students. At last, everyone becomes familiar with the theory and rec- ognizes the effect generated by the theory and ultimately improves the innovation system of teachers and innovation ability of stu- dents. The students will acquire the right innovative thinking and the right sense of innovation, thus enhancing the cometitiveness of students when they hunt some jobs.
