摘要
为研究不同处理对兰州百合子球根系生长的影响,以兰州百合子球为试验材料,对不同处理下子球根数和根长进行了测定分析。结果表明:腐殖土/沙子(1∶1)是适宜百合子球基生根系发生的基质;栽培深度为子球高度2倍时能获得较多的基生根,栽培深度与地平齐时可获得较长的根系;NAA溶液处理能促进子球生根,合适的NAA溶液浓度在1∶1 000到1∶500之间;轻划子球鳞茎盘能够提高基生根系的发生,其处理结果极显著高于对照处理;兰州百合子球根数与根长在生长过程中都表现出快-慢-快-慢的规律。
Effects of different treatments on the root growth of Lilium davidii var.unicolor were examined by measuring the number and length of bulblet roots after the generation of the root system.The results showed that the mixture of humus soil and sand(1∶1) was the most appropriate medium for the development of root system.The depth of planting depended on the specific requirements,and the suitable depth was two or three times of bulblet height.NAA solution could promote the growth of the roots,the suitable NAA concentrations were 1∶1 000 to 1∶500.Scoring the bottom of bulblet could accelerate more roots compared with the control.The growth curve of root number and root length showed that generation and growth of basal root system followed the rules of slow-fast-slow-fast.
