摘要
建立了电液一体化作动器油源系统各个主要组成部分的数学模型。在此基础上,建立了油源系统的整体数学模型。通过代入典型的电液伺服油源系统参数进行仿真,并分析了不同开度对可变节流阀—蓄能器子系统吸收不同频率流量脉动效果的影响,得出在最佳吸收效果时可变节流阀的开度与电机转速的关系,为可变节流阀—蓄能器子系统自动适应变工况提供了理论依据。
By modeling the components of oil source system, we set up the integrated model of oil source system. The effect of absorption of different frequency flow pulsation under the different throttle valve opening is studied by simulation analysis of typical electro-hydraulic servo oil source system, and the relationship of the throttle valve opening and motor rotary speed is obtained in the optimum effect of absorption of flow pulsation, which provides the theoretical basis for the self-adaption to the operation conditions of the variable throttle valve-accumulator subsystem.
