摘要
高校办公室在学校工作中处于特殊地位 ,具有重要作用。要切实履行好各项基本职能 ,就必须正确认识和妥善处理服从和服务、参与和参谋、协作和协调、有为和有位等关系 ,自觉坚持服从在先、参与在先、协作在先、有为在先 ,在服从的前提下搞好服务 ,在参与的过程中当好参谋 ,在协作的基础上进行协调 。
Office work occupies a unique position in tertiary institutions and has a great role to play. Correct perception and management must be made of the four relationships of obeying and serving, participation and consultation; cooperation and coordination, and attainments and powers. Office workers must obey, participate, cooperate and work hard first; at the same time, they have a big role to play as servers, consultants, coordinators and beneficiaries of their hard work.
