摘要
目的:探讨在护理师资良莠不齐的情况下,如何构建以总带教老师负责制多元化临床带教方法,提高教学质量,适应培养人才的需要。方法:选择2003年~2005年实习护士92例,实施总带教老师负责制多元化的临床教学模式后2006年~2008年98例实习护士,对比实施总带教老师的职责,完善选拔与培养机制,重视反馈,奖惩分明前后的效果。结果:开展总带教老师负责制的临床护理教学模式实施前考核成绩优秀者61例,就业人数59例,实施后考核成绩优秀者87例,就业人数82例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:总带教老师负责制的临床护理教学模式,改变了过去被动学徒式的经验带教,加强了带教老师的带教责任心,充分调动了带教老师积极性,从而保证了教学质量,为护理临床教学发展提供了新的方法。
Objective To explore the nursing staff in uneven,some good and some bad situation,how to construct the general teachers responsibility diversified clinical teaching method,improve teaching quality, to meet the needs of personnel training.Methods From 2003 to 2005 of practice nurses in 92 cases,implementation of teacher responsibility diversified clinical teaching mode from 2006 to 2008 98 cases of practice nurses,comparison of implementation of the general teacher's responsibility, perfecting the mechanism of selecting and cultivating,attention to feedback,rewards and punishments and effect.Results 61 cases of clinical nursing teaching model for gross teacher responsibility system before implementation of the assessment of outstanding achievements in 59 cases,employment,evaluation of outstanding achievements after the implementation of the 87 cases,82 cases of employment,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01).Conclusion The clinical nursing teaching model with teacher's responsibility, change the past passive apprenticeship experience teaching,strangthen the teaching responsibility with the teacher,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers,so as to ensure the quality of teaching,and provides a new way for the development of clinical nursing teaching.
