摘要
以激素种类、激素浓度和激素处理时间为自变量 ,以生根率为因变量 ,用均匀设计试验法安排试验 ,采用数量化回归分析方法 ,建立了桉树生根率预测模型 .结果表明 ,均匀设计试验法所需试验次数比正交设计少 ,且建立的桉树生根率的预测模型质量较高 ,从而大大节约了经费和时间 。
Using pheromone kinds, pheromone concentration and pheromone treatment time as the independent variables, and rooting rate as the factor variables, the rooting rate predicting model was set up by experimenting in equal design method and analysing quantitative regression. The results showed that compared with normal distribution model, equal design method required few experiments, but produced a better model predicting the rooting rate of Eucalyptus and therefore saved a great amount of funds and time. This model is of great practical value to be spreaded in forestry.
