甜柿下胚轴再生不定植株的研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究获得了次郎甜柿成熟胚下胚轴再生的不定植株。在大量元素铵盐减半的MS培养基上附加玉米素 1 .5mg/L ,IAA 0 .0 1mg/L ,暗培养 3周后转光培养 ,下胚轴不定梢再生率为 3 3 .3 %。不定梢在1 /2MS+IBA 0 .3mg/L +蔗糖 2 %的培养基上生根率为 78%。 Adventitious plants regenerated from mature hypocotyls of persimmon cv. Jiro have been got,with the rate of shoots regenerated being 33.3% when cultured on the half NH4 + of MS medium supplemented with zeatin 1.5mg/L,IAA 0.01mg/L for 3 weeks in the dark and then exposed to light,and with rooting rate being 78% when cultured on 1/2 MS+IBA 0.3mg/L+sucrose 2%.
