摘要
船公司破产是近20年来经常发生的事情,有些船公司经济上并不稳定,而一旦船公司破产倒闭,必将影响与之息息相关的货主、货代、码头、船东、租箱公司等利益相关方。本文首先以典型案例着手,再对船公司倒闭带来的风险做分析,最后对如何最大程度挽回损失提出建议。
That the corporate shipowner goes bankrupt is to be closed often happening during the past 20. Some owners of vessels do not stabilize in economy . once the corporate shipowner goes bankrupt , It will certainly affect the method being related to benefit such as that vitally interrelated owner of cargo ,goods generation , dock , owner of vessels , rent box company. Typical cases were analysed firstly in this paper, the risks of cargo company bankrupting were also discussed. At last, some advices were given to recover the losses furthest.
