摘要
采用双效逆流机械压缩式热泵对纺织印染厂的废碱液进行蒸发浓缩回收再利用。给出了系统流程,进行了一效、二效蒸发器热平衡计算与系统能效分析。实验结果表明,可以把质量分数6%的稀碱液浓缩到25.5%,系统能效比为12.26,基本达到了设计要求。
Double-effect adverse current mechanical compression heat pump is used to concentrate the waste alkali liquor of the textile printing and dyeing mill for recycling. In this study, the system process is given. The heat balance of both effect evaporator and the system efficiency is calculated. The experimental result shows that the mass fraction of waste alkali liquor can be concentrated from 6% to 25.5% with 12. 26 of energy efficiency ratio,which basically reaches the design requirement.
