摘要
CDM是我国发展低碳经济的核心内容。采用主成分分析法和相关性分析法,利用CDM上市公司2008年面板数据,对我国CDM上市公司资本结构影响因素进行实证分析。分析结果发现,不同因素对CDM上市公司资本结构的影响表现出一定的差异性:企业的偿债能力、盈利能力和成长能力对资本结构的影响显著正相关;营运能力对CDM上市公司资本结构的影响不显著。
CDM project is the core of the development of low-carbon economy. With the help of principle component analysis and colleration analysis, this paper makes an empirical study on the influential factors on Capital Structure of listed company with CDM project in China by using the panel date on CDM project in listed company in China in 2008. The results indicate that effects of different factors on capital structure in listed company with CDM project exhibits certain difference： influences of debt paying ability, profitability, growth ability of enterprises to capital structure is positively correlated, while the influence of operating capacity is not obvious.
