摘要
目的:建立利用高效液相色谱测定黑果枸杞果实中花色苷含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,0.2%甲酸溶液-乙腈(98:2)混合溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,用紫外检测器于520nm波长处检测,控制流量为1mL/min。结果:在43~935μg/mL范围内,相关系数为0.9994,RSD为2.73%,方法加标回收率为101.01%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.12%。结论:本方法简便,结果可靠,适用于黑果枸杞花色苷含量的测定。
Objective: A HPLC method for the determination of anthocyanins in fruits ofLycium ruthen&um Murr. was developed. Methods: A Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used as the chromatographic column and a mixture of 0.2% HCOOH-H20 and acetonitfile (98:2) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min for gradient ehition. UV detection wavelength was set up at 520 nm. MAL standards were used for calibration. Results: An excellent linear relationship was achieved in the range of 43-935 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9994 and RSD of 2.73%. The recovery rate of in spiked samples was 101.01% with RSD (n = 6) of 2.12%. Conclusion: This developed method is simple, stable, fast, and reproducible and without the interference of impurities, so that it can be used for determining the content of anthocyanins in fruits ofLycium ruthenicum Murr..
