考虑环境因素的智能电网低碳效益评价模型研究 被引量:15

Low-Carbon Performance Evaluation Model for Smart Grid Considering Environmental Effects

摘要 针对我国智能电网发展趋势,构建了低碳效益评价指标体系;考虑到不同区域的环境因素对智能电网低碳效益评价影响较大,提出了一种基于三阶段-超效率DEA方法的低碳效益评价模型。该模型可以有效剔除外部环境因素对评价指标的影响,更加准确地反映不同区域智能电网促进低碳发展的效益大小。在此基础上,通过算例分析验证了该模型具有合理性和可行性。 In light of the development trend of China's smart grid, a low-carbon performance evaluation indicator sys- tem of smart grid is established. Then given that the low-carbon performance evaluation is prone to the environmental effects in different regions, a low-carbon performance evaluation model based on three-stage DEA and super-efficiency DEA method is proposed. This model can remove the impacts of external environmental factors and more accurately reflect the low-carbon performance of smart grid in different regions. On this basis, the rationality and feasibility of this model have been verified by actual calculation example.
