摘要
在传统经编间隔织物研究的基础上进行玻璃纤维经编间隔织物的研制,包括原料选用、织物组织结构设计、上机试验编织等。结果表明:优化设计经编间隔织物结构,选用线密度值和捻度较低的玻璃纤维纱在编织过程中对玻璃纤维采取适当的润滑处理,可大大减小玻璃纤维因脆性大、起静电、易钩毛等引起的断纱。上机织造时选择利于编织的成圈机件配置,优化织针形状,根据纱线张力波动峰值合理调节纱线张力,选用较大的牵拉角度,可以较好地改善玻璃纤维的编织性能,提高三维整体经编预制件的成形质量,为实际生产提供参考。
The study on 3-D glass fiber sandwich structures of warp knitting fabric was based on the traditional sandwich warp knitting, including selection of raw material, fabric structure design, and trial weaving on machine etc. The results showed that optimized design of warp knitting fabric structure, selection of glass fiber yarn with less linear density and twist factor, and proper lubrication during weaving can greatly reduce end breaking due to glass fiber's brittleness, electrostatic generation and hair hooking tendency. At the same time, choosing proper knitting elements configuration good for loop formation, optimization of the knitting shape, adjusting the yarn tension according to yarn tension fluctuation peak, and choosing larger force angle can better improve the weaving performance of glass fiber and the shaping quality of 3-D sandwich structures of warp knitting. This study offers some reference for practical production.
