摘要
中小学英语教师培训工作需要立足于不同地区教师队伍的整体状况与实际需求,在培训政策、培训制度、培训机构布局和培训模式等方面,将多种创新因素融入到培训工作的改革之中,才能更好地谋求中小学英语教师培训改革的有效策略,促进中小学英语教师的可持续性专业发展。中小学英语教师培训的投入与配套政策改革要实现开放性与统筹化的结合,培训机构布局的改革与创新需要实现多元化与联动性的结合,培训模式的改革需要提升分层与分类的针对性与实效性。
Training of English teachers of primary and secondary schools demands an overall consideration of the present situation and the actual needs in different localities. Various innovative factors, such as training policies, institutions, organizational distributions and training modes should be integrated into the restructuring of practice. Only when all the above are completely implemented, could we seek to be more effective so as to promote a sustainable professional development of English teachers in primary and secondary schools. What' s more, a combination of openness and overall planning for the restructuring of training investment and supporting policies needs to be put into practice; a combination of diversity and collaboration for training organizational distribution and innovation needs to be realized; and the restructuring of training mode needs to be improved in consideration of pertinence and actual effect of stratification and classification.
