摘要
加筋结构的承载能力是飞机设计中的重要内容,为预估加筋壁板结构承载能力,应解决材料的屈曲问题。关键问题就是考虑材料和几何双重非线性的后屈曲分析。采用MSC.NASTRAN软件利用弧长法对机翼加筋盒段进行了后屈曲仿真分析,得到了加载点的载荷-位移曲线和变形云图,进而获得了结构的破坏载荷和破坏模式。并利用试验数据进行了对比验证,仿真分析结果与上述对比符合的很好,破坏载荷误差在3%以内。研究结果为工程结构后屈曲设计和分析提供一定的参考。
The load-carrying capacity analysis of skin-stringer stiffened structure is an important part of aircraft designing, and the key problem is post-buckling computation taking the material and geometic nonlinear into ac- count. Post-buckling simulation by using arc-length method of stiffened wingbox based on MSC. NASTRAN software has been undertaken in this paper, the load-displacement curve and deformation of loading point were acquired, and the failure mode and failure load were obtained further. Then compared with the test data, the numerical analysis results agree well with the tests, and the error is less than 3%. The work can provide some useful advices for the post -buckling design and the analysis of engineering structures.
