摘要
针对快速和准确地解决大功率同步电动机起动问题,为分析运行和故障状态而又不进行有损害的实验,根据大功率同步电动机的实际物理结构建立动态数学模型,利用坐标旋转变换原理将复杂的模型进行化简,得到了在旋转坐标系上的简化电路模型,并设计了在MATLAB上的直观的可视化同步电动机动态特性仿真模型,进行了同步电机起动过程的仿真,并给出了仿真波形。仿真结果波形和起动过程实际情况是相吻合的,证明仿真模型是准确有效的,并为同步电动机运行分析,保护方法设计与优化,故障分析处理等提供了科学依据。
In order to quickly and accurately analyze the dynamic characteristics of synchronous motor when it is starting, operating or in a problematic position without conducting experiments which are harmful to the motor, this paper established a dynamic mathematic model based on the physical structure of synchronous motor, simplified this complex model using coordinates rotation transformation principle, and then obtained the simplified circuit model on the rotating coordinate system. Finally, it designed the dynamic simulation model of visible synchronous motor based on MATLAB/SIMULIK. We conducted the simulation experiment of synchronous motor' s starting process and ob- tained simulation waveform, which shows that the simulation waveform fits real operation process, and verifies the ac- curacy and effectiveness of this model. We can conduct simulation experiments under various working conditions or during breakdown of the motor easily by changing only a few parameters, thus providing scientific basis for analyzing motor' s operating process, designing and optimizing its protection methods and analyzing its breakdowns.
