摘要
针对目前收获期秸秆如何有效还田等问题,将刚柔耦合联合分析方法应用于农业机械中,设计了一种小型秸秆粉碎机模型。首先,使用CATIA和ADAMS软件建立粉碎机的虚拟样机动力学模型;其次,对其进行了多体动力学仿真,得到了刀片的动态载荷曲线,确定了刀片在工作过程中所受的载荷谱;最后,根据ADAMS输出的载荷谱,利用有限元原理,在ABAQUS中建立了刀片的有限元模型,计算出刀片在实际工作中的承受应力和应变。根据强度理论可知,运用该方法设计出的刀片完全可以满足强度要求,其研究结果为联合仿真技术在农业机械中的实际应用提供了参考。
Stalk for the harvest how effectively to return to field problem. In this paper, a new virtual prototyping of straw crusher had been design to solve it. This paper will be used in rigid-flexible coupling analysis method of vehicle engi- neering, used in agricultural machinery. Virtual prototyping was set up using CATIA and ADAMS, and its multi-body dynamics simulation, obtain the moving blade of the dynamic load curve, the work process of the blade by the load spec- trum was determined, according to the ADAMS output load spectrum, By finite element theory, the establishment of a blade finite element model in ABAQUS to calculate the blade in the actual work under stress and strain. According to the theory obtained using the method of strength design of the blade fully meet the strength requirements.
