摘要
为提高自动测试系统(ATS)中适配器开关网络的通用性能,优化开关网络的拓扑结构,提出自动测试系统适配器通用开关网络设计的概念和方法。统计测试信号的传输性质和数量以及测试资源的通道特性,选择合适的开关模块,初步确定自动测试系统中开关网络结构的层次以及网络层次中开关模块的测试范围;根据被测试单元(UUT)的接口类型和端口数量,确定接口连接器组件(ICA)中分布因子和端口数量,从而确定通用开关网络的映射关系并生成通用开关网络。
To improve the general performance of the adapter switching network of automatic test system (ATS), and optimize the structure of the switch network, both concepts and ideas for automatic test system adapter universal switching network design are presented. First, count the signal transmission properties and the signal quantity and the channel characteristics of the test resources, select the appropriate switch module, identify the range of the switch module in the switch network structure in the automatic test system network layers initially then, according to The interface type and port number of the unit under test (UUT) the distribution factors and the number of ports in ICA are desermined.
