摘要
采用层次分析法和模糊综合评估法,对基于信息系统的体系作战指挥控制能力评估的问题进行了探索。依据指挥控制能力的定义,分析并建立了基于信息系统的体系作战指挥控制能力的指标体系,运用层次分析法确定了各指标要素的权重,针对信息化部队的体系作战指挥控制能力采用三级模糊综合评估法进行了综合评价。实验结果表明该方法能够很好的解决指控能力评估中存在的不确定性问题。
Using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the information system operational command and control capability assessment are explored. First, according to the definition of command con trol capacity, the indicator system is analyzed and established and then using AHP the weight of indicator elements is deter mined, at last, for the system operational command and control capability of one information technology forces, the threelevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for a comprehensive evaluation. The result shows that the method can solve the problem of uncertainty exists in the assessment well.
