摘要
油墨转移质量是印刷质量的基础,本文以印刷理论为基础,用IGTAIC2-5印刷适性仪模拟印刷机原理,在相同的印刷速度、相同的油墨以及相同的温度和湿度条件下,用不同印刷压力和不同纸张种类进行实验,获得油墨转移数据。用origin软件来完成数据处理,分析和曲线拟合,然后获得印刷压力和油墨转移率方程。为在实际印刷质量控制中获得最佳压力,提供一定的理论基础。
Ink transfer quality is basis of the printing quality. Based on the theory of printing, using IGT AIC2-5 type printability tester to simulate the printing principle. In the same printing speed and ink, under the conditions of constant temperature and humidity. Using different printing pressure and paper type experiment, obtained ink transfer data. Using origin software performed on the data processing, analysis and the curve fitting, and then obtained the printing pressure and ink transfer rate equation. For the actual printing quality control to find the best pressure, provides certain theory basis.
