摘要
运用信息技术为主的方法,对第29、30届奥运会男、女100m决赛前8名运动员的有关技术参数进行研究。为提高我国短跑运动技术水平提供理论参考,研究认为,男子100m博尔特在第30届奥运会上打破纪录的主要技术成因为:平均步频加快,平均步长加大。女子100m卫冕冠军费雷泽成绩提高的主要技术成因为平均步频加快、平均步长减小。第30届奥运会男子100m整体水平提高的主要原因为平均步长提高、平均步频降低。女子100m总体成绩提高的主要原因为平均步频和平均步长同时提高。表明世界百米成绩提高的技术模式正朝向多极化发展。
Provided the theoretical reference for improving the dash sports technical level. Using the information technology method, the technical parameters of top eight athletes of men ; s, women's 100m final in the 29; and 30; Olympic Games were studied. This paper points out that the main technology factors of Bolt who was the defending champion and broke the Olym- pic Games record of men;s 100m in the 30th Olympic Games were that the average stride fre- quency was accelerate and the average stride length was increased. The main technology factors of Fraser who was the defending champion of women; s 100m in the 30; Olympic Games were that the average stride frequency was accelerate and the average stride length was reduced The main reason of men;s 100m whole level improved in the 30th Olympic Games were that the av- erage stride length was increased and the average stride frequency was decreased. The main reason of women; s 100m whole performance improved were that the average stride length and the average stride frequency were improvement. All of these indicated that the technology model of improved performance of 100m running is developing towards the multi-polarity.
