摘要
本文根据医院开展合理化建议活动近7年的工作经验,整理了合理化建议活动的做法与体会,认为合理化建议活动是医院运用集体智慧,推动医院管理转型,实现经济效益和社会效益双丰收非常值得推广的管理方法。
This paper is based on 7 years of work experience of rationalization proposal for hospital development. It summarizes the practice and experience of rational proposal activities and believes that the rationalization proposals are management methods worthy of the promotion. It is the result of collective wisdom and can promote the hospital management transformation to achieve both economic and social benefit.
