云南大红山铁矿三选厂深部铜系列选矿设计

摘要 大红山铁矿三选厂深部铜矿系列设计规模为240万t/a,处理含铁铜矿,在设计中,针对原矿性质不稳定的实际情况,吸取大红山铁矿一、二选厂的成功经验,充分考虑今后生产可能面临的问题,确定合理的流程、指标和设备选型,加强自动化控制,使选厂在短期内顺利达产达标。 The design capacity of deep copper ore series for No.3 concentration plant of Dahongshan iron ore mine is 2.4 million t/a in treating iron - bearing copper ore,in view of actual condition of unstable crude ore properties,in the design,the successful experience of No. 1 and No.2 concentration plant of Dahongshan iron ore mine has been drawn, the future possible problems are considered,the reasonable process, index and equipment selection are determined, the automation control is enhanced, and finally the concentration plant can meet the standard smoothly in short time.
