摘要
近几年,中国油企在进军海外市场中屡屡受挫,损失巨大。中国南海深水区有着丰富的油气资源。文章研究了世界深水油气的发展现状及趋势,针对中国南海深水油气特点及我国深水油气的勘探开发技术,指出在当前全世界深水油气开发的浪潮中,中国应在政策、资金、技术等方面加大投入,使我国南海深水油气开发最快变成现实,走出中国的"南海特色"。
Recently, Chinese oil enterprises face a lot difficulty in the process of expanding overseas market. Chinese deepwater sea especially in the South China Sea is rich in oil and gas resources. The article analyzes the necessity and feasibility during China＇s deepwater oilfield development. China should increase investment in capital,technology,and others in the deepwater oilfield development.
