摘要
为对交通拥挤管理建立一种量化且具有主动性的、关联直接致因、非主观性的拥挤测度,论证了现有交通拥挤度量方法的局限,提出以一定空间范围的流入率和流出率及其延续时间度量拥挤的发生、发展及其严重性。针对交通拥挤形成过程,建立了基于驶入、驶出流率的交通拥挤度定义、基本计算单元模型,统一了车流顺畅、压缩、停车排队及排队扩散的测度,分别给出了路段、交叉口和路网拥挤度计算模型。理论分析和数值仿真计算表明,所提出模型和方法可以用从0到1、以及大于1的连续数值,量化拥挤从发生到形成及至消散过程的各阶段状态,对交通拥挤刻画具有动态、实时和预测性。论文还对所提理论及方法的实际应用规划了进一步研究的方向和思路。
To set up a new traffic congestion measurement for traffic congestion management, which must be quantitative, active, related with direct causes and non-subjective, the shortages of the congestion measurements nowadays are argued. It is proposed to measure the occurrence, expansion and severity of traffic congestion with inflow and outflow rates as well as their duration among established spacial scale. Aiming at congestion emerging process, the traffic congestion definition and the basic cell calculation model based on inflow and outflow rates are presented to unify the measurement forms of smooth flow, compressed flow, stopping and queuing flow. The calculation models of link, intersection and network congestion degree are presented. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation indicate that the proposed model and method can quantify each congestion states from congestion emerging to coming into being, until its disappearing with continuously numerical values from 0 to 1 and more than 1. Such congestion measurement is dynamic and predictive. The general direction and methodology to stretch and deepen the theories and methods for practical applications are also marked out.
